Rhiniophyma is a skin condition that causes disfiguring growth and thickening of the nose. If left untreated, rhinophyma can grow very large. Treatment involves reducing the abnormal tissue with radiowave surgery and/or CO2 laser. The procedure is performed with IV sedation and the nose will be pink for several weeks.
The before and after images on the right shown below illustrate the correction of the disfigurement caused by rhinopyhma.
Although not a true surgical procedure, many patients have subtle nasal deformities that can be masqueraded or camouflaged with injectable fillers. By filling a depression on the top of the nose, the nasal bridge can look smoother because the hump is lessened.

This image shows a "dorsal hump" that was improved by filler injection.
