In the Commonwealth of Virginia, Physicians, Dentists, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, RN’s, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants can inject neurotoxins within the scope of their practice.

The Virginia Board of Dentistry has not yet delineated regulations for general dentists to begin performing these procedures. This course in itself is not intended to legally qualify Virginia dentists to begin performing these procedures. The purpose of this course is to teach those that desire to learn contemporary neurotoxin techniques for patient safety and predictable outcomes.
