Vimeo has unexpectedly announced it will be shutting down the Video On Demand platform. My videos will not be available on the new platform Vimeo OTTIf you have purchased the Platinum V3 Video Series, the platform is transfering, please see the video below for explanation.
To show proof of purchase, log into your Vimeo account and go to SETTINGS then SELECT “PURCHASES”. This will show the titles you have purchased. Alternately, when you purchased a video title, Vimeo sent you an email confirming the purchase. We will transfer you to the new platform by sending you a registration code for free access to the videos you previously purchased. We cannot do any transfers without proof of purchase. If you cannot locate proof of existing purchase(s) you can reach out to vimeo.com/help/contact.
