Vimeo has unexpectedly announced it will be shutting down the Video On Demand platform. Volume 3 videos purchased from 2021 to present will be available to you at no charge and we will send you access codes with your proof of purchase. Vimeo has refused to transfer Volume 2 videos (which are now 11 years old) to the new platform. We have no control of this situation. We will offer a 50% discount towards our new Volume 3 videos with proof of purchase of Volume 2 videos.
To show proof of purchase, log into your Vimeo account and go to SETTINGS then SELECT “PURCHASES”. This will show the titles you have purchased. Alternately, when you purchased a video title, Vimeo sent you an email confirming the purchase. We will send you codes for free access your videos on the new platform. We cannot do any transfers without proof of purchase. Unfortunately, Vimeo will not allow transfer to the Volume 2 videos which are now 11 years old. For Volume 2 previous purchases, we will provide a 50% discount for new purchased of Volume 3 videos with proof of purchase.
