Dr. Joe Niamtu Wins Best Plastic Surgeon from Richmond Times Dispatch

I am elated to have been voted “Best Plastic Surgeon” once again, by the readers of the Richmond Times Dispatch newspaper.  Cosmetic facial surgery is my passion and involves every aspect of my life.
