Buccal fat reduction is a common and simple procedure for patients with full cheeks that desire a reduction in that area or a slimming of the face. It is not a magic procedure and has a moderate result, but is more effective in those patients with really chubby cheeks. I also frequently perform it with facelift, facial implants and liposuction.
