My Nurse Jenny Jernigan has 14 Year Anniversary with my Practice!
Every surgeon knows that they have employees that are a backbone of the practice. A great surgical nurse is like operating with a guardian angel. They have so much experience that surgery becomes like ballet, they make it run smooth, they have total concentration of the surgery and patient and know what happens and what happens next. I merely stick my hand out and get the correct instrument without taking my eye off of the patient. A great nurse has a sense for patient safety and compassion and in short becomes a direct extension of the surgeon. Jenny has assisted me with thousands of surgeries for the last 14 years. She never waivers on our commitment for patient safety and natural outcomes. If a patient needs to be seen after hours, Jenny is always the first one there. It has been a pleasure and honor to watch her mature in her profession and start a family. She is my work wife and knows my dedication to cosmetic surgery as well as my quirks. OK, I have a few! Jenny is never without a smile and is totally committed to my practice. She has become a master injector is really good with Botox and fillers and has helped me stay one of the largest injectors on the East Coast. I am also lucky that the rest of my staff is awesome and Jenny sets a model for employees to follow. I love what I do and so much of it has to do with my staff. Thanks Jenny and I know we can do another 14!
