Submentoplasty: A neck lift for younger patients with no ear incisions

This patient is shown before and 24 hours after submentoplasty.  This procedure is a neck lift with a small incision below the chin.  It does not involve any incisions around the ears or upper face.  The procedure includes platysmaplasty, liposuction, buccal fat reduction, neck fat recontouring, chin implant when indicated.  This procedure is indicated for younger patients with profile deficiency without excess neck skin.
