Today’s Great Little Case: Upper & Lower Eyelid Laser Blepharoplasty With Lower Lid Laser Resurfacing
This patient presented with the complaint of eyelid aging which made her look older and tired. She underwent a 45 minute surgery consisting of laser assisted upper and lower blepharoplasty (transconjunctival approach on lower, so no external scar) and CO2 laser to lower eyelids. You now have a very happy patient and surgeon! Eyelids are one of my favorite procedures and I have done over 6,000 eyelids in my career. Love this job!
