This 68 year old female is shown before her surgery and 24 hours after surgery.  I performed a deep plane SMAS facelift and chin implant with buccal fat reduction and upper and lower eyelid surgery.  Having great patients and taking decades of aging off of their appearance is the highlight of my job.  

Aging eyelids truly make us look old and tired regardless of our age.  I treated this patient with upper and lower blepharoplasty and lower eyelid laser skin resurfacing.  The procedure took about one hour.
